As the Sales Engineer, you’ll leverage your product and technical expertise to support Monograph customers. You will lead the technical onboarding and migration of customer data, build 3rd party integrations, and lead technical explanations with the customer. Partnering closely with the sales and customer success teams, you will be an integral part of the sales process as the primary technical resource.

What will you do at Monograph as a Sales Engineer?
Partner with Sales to demonstrate to prospects how Monograph can best address their use cases and technical requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for client implementation and on-boarding, maximizing successful outcomes and seamless transitions to Customer Success.
Build relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
Build third party integrations and solutions for our customers.
Work with engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights.
What skills do you need
2+ years of experience in a sales engineering or solution consulting role in a SaaS environment.
Both frontend and backend engineering experience.
Strong Rails and React experience.
Ability to simplify complex issues and articulate technical & business solutions to a wide range of customer roles.
A history of managing multiple assignments simultaneously, can work independently to drive projects to completion with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience problem solving and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
